Meet the Gardener - Annie Dellbridge

Annie joined Fullers Mill as Head Gardener in September of 2010.  With a background in amenity horticulture, a degree from Writtle College she has a keen eye for order and form.

Still discovering the garden, Annie admits to having no particular favourite among the plants and locations; her favourite plant is usually the one she is currently looking at!

Her meticulous planning and thoughtful advice looks set to bring the best out of her team of gardeners and volunteers.  Annie enjoys the relaxed banter of Bothy and flowerbed, a far cry from  her first job as under-gardeners at Christ's College, Cambridge, where conversation was frowned upon and gardeners were not alllowed to be seen kneeling by undergrad or don....

Volunteering opportunites range from working as one of the garden team, regularly for a few hours each week, to helping host our visitors on Open Days, making tea and parking cars.
